Questions worth asking
Does it work with my software?
It reads your public vacancy pages, so it needs no logins and no integration. It works with Buildium portals and most plain listing pages. Some portals draw everything in the browser and cannot be read — send your page and we will tell you before you pay anything.
Do you only cover certain states?
No. It reads public web pages, so where your properties are makes no difference — any US state, any city, any number of markets at once. Nothing about it is local.
Will it flood my inbox?
No. It emails when something changes and stays silent otherwise. A daily limit means a website having a bad morning cannot become forty emails.
What if it gets something wrong?
If it cannot read a page confidently it stops and flags it for a person instead of sending a guess. If an alert is ever wrong, reply — a human reads those — and it is switched off while it is fixed.
What do you store?
The values read from your listing pages, so it can tell when one changes, plus your name and email. Nothing is shared or sold.
Can I watch properties I do not manage?
Yes, on Standard and Pro, as long as the listing is on a public page.
